Delivery Times

We are open for business 24/7 and offer a delivery time of 30 seconds to 5 minutes for most orders (90% of the time), 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours very rarely for some orders, and up to 48 hours for very large orders. While these time frames are guidelines, so long as we are online and working (you can check with live chat) you can almost guarantee that you will receive your deliveries instantly.
  • Examples of small orders: 50 to 2000 Globs Ectoplasm, 50 to 2000 Zaishen Keys or 1 to 100 Armbraces.
  • Examples of large orders: 2000+ Globs of Ectoplasm, 2000+ Zaishen Keys, or 200 Armbraces.
While we endeavor to fulfill all orders as soon as they come in, usually within 15 minutes, sometimes there can be delays due to large order volume.
We will always email or phone you (if number is given) to arrange delivery within the 24 hour period. In the cases that you are not able to meet us at the time we contact you, we will rearrange the meeting schedule up to 3 times. If after 3 times you are unable to meet for collection, we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund to you.

Globs Of Ectoplasm & Zaishen Keys (Original Guild Wars)

We usually have sufficient stock levels of Globs of Ectoplasm, to be able to deliver to you within 10-30 minutes of purchase. In cases where we may run out of stock, we will always have stock again within a maximum of 24 hours and arrange a delivery meeting time with you. 

For any order, please keep in mind that while deliveries are usually very fast, we maintain a delivery time frame of anywhere between 30 minutes to 24 hours.
 

Armbraces of Truth

 

For smaller orders, we usually have sufficient stock levels of Armbraces of Truth to be able to deliver to you within 10-30 minutes of purchase. For larger orders (in excess of 150 Armbraces), delivery times may vary anywhere from 30 minutes up to 48 hours. In cases where we may run out of stock, we will do our best to aim to have stock available within our time limit. 
If we are unable to meet the time frame, we will give you the option to either have a full refund, or instead take Globs of Ectoplasm as an alternative. If this happens to be the case and you choose to take Globs of Ectoplasm, we will deliver the equivalent of the Armbraces, based on the current market value.

Items

Depending on the item, it may take up to several hours or more to deliver (usually 1 hour). Examples of such items include the  BDS (all reqs), Crystalline sword, Polar Bear and Ghostly hero Miniatures, and other similarly rare items.  

The reason for this is that we generally buy on-demand these items when an order comes in. Some of these items are very difficult to acquire, and we understand that if you were to try to get them yourself it would take much time to do so. That's where we come in. You are free to relax as you choose while we do the work for you and get it. We always try to keep within our 24 hour delivery guarantee even for such items, but they can sometimes take longer depending on what it is.
